Upgrade your suspension performance with the Expedition Series Long Travel Kit, engineered to increase track width by +2” per side for improved stability and control. Designed to bolt directly to factory control arm mounting locations, this kit provides up to 11.5” of wheel travel with 4WD. Extended axles are required to retain 4WD functionality (sold separately). The upper and lower control arms are constructed from durable 4130 chromoly and feature 1” uniballs for added strength and improved wheel travel. These TOTAL CHAOS uniballs include a heat-treated stainless steel ball and race with a military-grade PTFE liner for quiet, corrosion-resistant performance. The boxed lower arms integrate dual shock tabs and billet CNC-machined uniball cups for maximum strength, factory turning radius, and 2” more ground clearance than the Standard Series kit.
